Haley Hatton, Director of Accounting & Operations at Blue Field Capital

Ms. Hatton previously worked in accounting roles for a private equity real estate firm, where she was involved in the financial reporting and analysis of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. She supported internal and external stakeholders by delivering accurate financials, assisting with audit processes, and contributing to the strategic oversight of real estate investments.

Ms. Hatton also brings valuable experience from her time at a Big Four accounting firm, where she specialized in tax services. During her tenure, she worked with clients across a range of industries, providing tax compliance and consulting services, including the preparation and review of federal and state tax filings, partnership allocations, and complex entity structures. Her experience has given her a strong technical foundation in tax law and accounting principles applicable to a variety of business environments.

Ms. Hatton holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University. She brings a strong foundation in technical accounting, tax, and real estate financial operations.
