Jake Kumferman, Director of Asset Management

Mr. Kumferman has been working in the Real Estate industry for over 6 years with backgrounds in asset management and financial consulting.

Mr. Kumferman previously worked as an asset manager at Laguna Point Properties, where he provided direct oversight to over 3,600 units. He was responsible for driving the business plans for multifamily properties throughout the Western U.S. This included overseeing the operations, market analysis, financial performance, and construction management for the portfolio.

Mr. Kumferman also brings years of valuable experience in financial advisory and consulting services. During his time at Deloitte, Mr. Kumferman valued commercial real estate of all types nationwide, including multifamily, office, retail, and industrial. He also valued more specialized asset classes, such as hospitality and low-income properties. Additionally, he audited third-party appraisals and purchase price allocations of all major asset classes compliant with US GAAP, IFRS.

Mr. Kumferman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from Brigham Young University.
