With a background in real estate, Spencer has gained valuable experience in the industry through his previous role as an Asset Manager for Bonneville Real Estate Capital, where he oversaw a diverse portfolio of assets and was responsible for creating financial analysis and inspection reports for lender reporting. During his tenure, he established strong relationships with property management companies, borrowers, and lenders and demonstrated proficiency in meeting deadlines and managing requests.
