Tanner Burnett, Associate at Blue Field Capital

Mr. Burnett is an Associate at Blue Field Capital, where he works across asset management, acquisition underwriting, and deal sourcing.

With experience spanning asset management, acquisitions, debt and equity investing, and property management, Mr. Burnett brings a broad and highly practical perspective to every engagement. Prior to joining Blue Field Capital, he worked for a third-party commercial real estate advisory firm, where he managed a $2.4B portfolio of debt and equity investments covering the multifamily, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, life science, and senior housing sectors. In this role, he oversaw property operations, monitored loan covenant compliance, conducted market analysis, prepared and delivered investor reporting, and provided strategic business plan recommendations to a diverse client base. Mr. Burnett also worked on the firm's underwriting team, where he underwrote more than $6B in commercial real estate for acquisitions, loan originations, and CMBS investments, presenting investment recommendations directly to clients.

Mr. Burnett holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University.
